Good plugin and great support ! After migrating from free version to PRO there was an error in my datatbase. They solved the issue in few hours. Every plugin’s support must be like them…

Cool design concepts. Some of the code could use cleaning up in the templates and mobile styling required a few fixes, but overall functionality has been solid.

But the primary reason behind me rating 5 stars is the support. I had some minor conflicts due to a few customizations with my site that required modifications to the core plugin files to function properly, as well as some custom templating required for my theme.

After contacting the support staff, they were back to me in an hour with a fix for my customization issue, and immediately replied to any questions I had via email within minutes (vs the standard 24 hr wait with most other developers). Then 45 minutes later the sent over customized template files for my specific theme allowing me to continue building my site without any major delay. 🙂

Product is great and works as expected. A lot features to customize your blog layout!

But I would like to point out, that the support solved my questions within 12 hours in a friendly and well-explained manner! They even provided screenshots for a better understanding, where also a written explanation would have worked.

Product is great, lots of bells and whistles. Blogs are beautiful now. Support is great. I had to work on Indian time to do it, but they got on a Skype screen share and solved theme incompatibilities on the spot.
